Do you know if your phone can receive mobile content? - back to top
If you have downloaded content to your mobile before, you should be all set to receive content. It means that you can access the internet on your phone. As a test, try this...

Type m.rslpoppy.com into the browser on your phone. If you can not access m.rslpoppy.com, your mobile Internet (WAP) is not set up correctly. You can get these settings sorted out by visiting your network's Web site or by contacting their customer service.

I’m confused, what actually happens when I have donated and bought mobile content? - back to top
You will receive a SMS/TXT link on your mobile (exactly like a TXT message) which will also contain a clickable link where you can then download and receive your chosen content.

So, I’ve received my TXT/SMS notification but I don’t know how to download it? - back to top
Each handset varies. Most modern handsets come with a WAP browser built in and this is usually ready to be used straight from the box! It is usually located in your phones menu under ‘WAP’ browser, ‘BROWSE’ or ‘Mobile Internet’ and is often depicted by a picture of the Earth.
The method for opening the link we send you varies from phone to phone and more often than not, follows a sequence like this:

  1. Open the message we sent you

  2. Click "Options" while the message is open

  3. Select "Use Detail"

  4. Select "Web Address"

  5. Select "Go to"

Or you can simply arrow down to the link in the message and click to open it.

I’ve paid for my content but haven’t received the TXT/SMS link? - back to top
The sending of SMS messages is open globally in just about every country and on all carrier networks. If you do not receive the TXT/SMS message, chances are that the mobile number you entered was incorrect. This is a common error in most cases and also the sending of TXT/SMS messages is "store & forward" so it may take time to be delivered if the network is busy.

Page not found? - back to top
You might need to wait as long as 60-90 minutes for your TXT/SMS link to arrive. Sometimes your operator can be backlogged with messages. If you've waited a couple of hours, get in touch by clicking on STILL NEEDING HELP? However, you may want to check that you have entered the correct number into the site (if you return to the purchase page, your details should still be listed there).

Page Not Found' - If you click the link in your text message and get 'Page Not Found' your phone is having trouble reaching us.

Due to security reasons, PayPal do not except credit card payments through the mobile website. Mobiles phones are very vulnerable to security breaches.
